You Can Now Buy Doc Brown’s Orange Nike Kicks From Back To The Future

Forget Marty McFly’s self-lacing shoes – these are the ultimate for any BTTF fan.

We may not quite be at the point where hover boards are as commonplace as the Back to The Future franchise once predicted, but fans can at least get their hands on some iconic from the movies.

A pair of Marty McFly’s self-lacing sneakers might set you back a fair bit, with pairs selling for upwards of £6,000 but another, similarly iconic, set of shoes from the film have just come on the market.

Best of all, you won’t need a future copy of the Grays Sports Almanac to afford them. Cast your mind back to the original movie – do you remember the shoes Christopher Lloyd’s Doc Brown wore?

They were the strikingly bright orange Nile Vandal Highs and, while Marty’s choice of shoe dominated proceedings in Back To The Future Part II, these bad boys were the real standout footwear performer in the first film.

Best worn alongside a white radiation coat and batshit-cray hairstyle, the shoes are getting a re-release just in time for Christmas.

Alternating between canvas and leather, the new kicks come with an adjustable white ankle strap and midsole.

And even if you have no idea who Doc Brown is or what a flux capacitor does, these are some pretty cool shoes

Dubbed the Nike Vandal High Supreme “Burnt Ceramic” Nikes, the shoes have just touched down on, and are available for just under £85.
