Virtual reality is the next big thing in the adult movie industry, and new figures are showing that the technology is effecting our attitudes to sex in real life too.
Just like VR porn, VR sex is becoming more and more commonplace, and thousands of women in the UK have revealed they’re keen to try it.
A new study conducted by fertility tracking app Natural Cycles has revealed that 16% of Brits want to have sex in virtual reality.
The study also found that the UK population is excited to use new technological advancements in the bedroom, with 40% of people taking part saying they’d be keen to try new tech during sex in the future.
15% of people surveyed also revealed that they used apps in their sex life, while 20% admitted they look to social media to find sexually arousing content.
“Brits love tech and are open minded about its use when it comes to sex”, says natural Cycles co-founder Dr Elina Berglund.
“Future technologies, like advanced wearable tech, virtual reality, intelligent sex toys and artificial skin, are becoming part of our everyday lives and redefining the way we enjoy sex.”
The figures are pretty surprising, and prove that technology is having more of an impact on our sex lives than we think…
