A ‘mega-mansion’ just went on the market in Bel-Air, California. Surprise, surprise. The owners are selling it for the bargain price of $250million smackeroos. With this price tag, it is now being called the most expensive home in the United States.

The details of the home include: 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, helicopter, three kitchens, a 40-seat movie theatre, and an infinity pool. It’s also fully furnished and contains a fleet of exotic automobiles worth around $30million. Some names you might recognise parked in the garage are, Bugatti, Rolls-Royce, and Allard.

If cars aren’t your thing, then don’t fear, there’s wine. Lots of wine. The mansion houses hundreds of bottles of wine and champagne in two cellars.

The Los Angeles Times caught up with the owner and developer of said property, Bruce Makowsky.

“The home comes with everything. You don’t even need a toothbrush,” he told the LA Times.

He’s well known in the ritzy real estate market in California, having built and sold a house to the founder of Minecraft for $70million.

The mega-mansion is now ready for the taking and much like a puppy – Makowsky wants his creation to go to the right owner.
