This Dude Is Planning On Becoming A Human Vibrator

This is some Terminator shit right here

A man named Rich Lee is planning to turn himself into a ‘human vibrator,’ so says Gizmodo who interviewed the man about his robotic intentions.

Lee considers himself a grinder, another word for a member of the ‘biohacker’ community. A niche assemblage that believes we can significantly improve our lives by implanting robotics into our bodies – essentially becoming cyborgs.

The object Lee wants to start with is a small, haptic device that will go under the skin just above the shaft of his penis. It will be motorised and battery operated with a magnetic switch that he can turn on and off when he pleases. The name for this little vibrator is the Lovetron 9000. Yes. That’s what it’s called.

This implant will then send pulsations down the penis, much like your standard sex toy. Since Lee isn’t a doctor, he’s being assisted by a biotech company which is consulting on the design of the apparatus.

Lovetron 9000 isn’t the first time Lee has delved into body modification; he’s been involved in the scene back in 2008 when it was still relatively underground. He reached out to stalwarts in the community, and they aided him in various experimental, robotic procedures, such as earbud implants which allowed him to listen to music ‘in a room full of people, on the sly.’

It didn’t go exactly as planned but he still uses them occasionally to listen to tunes on his own, despite the sound quality not being exemplary.

His penis implants aren’t quite ready to go on the market just yet; they might be a long way away despite his hopes.

“I plan on selling 100,000 in the next five years,” he said to Gizmodo.

We’ll see.
