A recent study suggested that the average person spends a staggering four years of their lives watching adverts – four years! It’s true that watching TV can be a great way to relax, but it also represent a great way to mix up your workout and utilise that wasted time during the commercial breaks.
Sure, watch a few hours of telly, why not? But instead of just sitting and passively watching ads, why not put in a quick three-minute workout? If you watch a few hours of TV a night, you’ll end up putting in a decent stint, and you can collapse onto the sofa again as soon as the ads are over.
