They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and Rita Ora copying Britney Spears’ iconic Rolling Stone cover is certainly flattering.

Rita donned a black bra and writhed around on the floor to capture the images while promoting her range with Italian Lingerie company Tezenis

The original Rolling Stones cover featured a 17-year-old Spears on the phone, while cuddling a telly tubby.

But for her shoot for Grazia Italia, Rita dumped Tinky Winky and the silk sheets, and opted to spend the shoot rolling around on the floor instead.

Meanwhile, there’s still no sign of Rita’s long-awaited second album, which she has long been putting the finishing touches to.

The album is now expected to be released in 2016, and given the fact that she has been working with Prince on it, big things are expected.

The X Factor judge had been working with Calvin Harris on the record before they hid the skids, so it’s little wonder it has taken longer than anticipated. Rita recently revealed that when she first split with Harris, she just wanted to “crawl into bed and die.”

The break up meant she scrapped everything she and Harris had been working on, and went back to the drawing board.

“I kind of saw the light at the end of the tunnel and I just wanted to change the vibe of the whole album,” she told Wonderland.

“It was initially a really lovey-dovey album because that’s where I was, but then I obviously didn’t feel like that.

“I was like, ‘Okay, I need to get back in the studio and write some ‘thank God my friends are great’ kind of music.’”

Ora will complete her X Factor duties this weekend as she attends the show final with Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell and Nick Grimshaw.
