British televisual Marmite man Piers Morgan won himself a few more fans after calling out self-proclaimed dating guru Richard La Ruina for a series of deeply offensive comments about British women.
Loaded previously reported on the dating expert, who made headlines after criticising British women for being ugly, fat and self-entitled. According to La Ruina, women from Eastern Europe make for much better wives and partners.
La Ruina now lives in Moscow, having moved out there in 2011 to find a wife. He went on to marry 26-year-old Katia in December 2016 and has been imparting his “wisdom” ever since.
Morgan was having none of it though and found a not-so-clever way to ridicule La Ruina during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.
While La Ruina was halfway through defending his views, Morgan found a way to interject using all the nous he has accumulated from all his years as a journalist. “You’re a d*ck, aren’t you?” he asked. Prompting awkward laughter all round.
“Well you are, your name’s Richard, literally, sorry I didn’t mean anything by that I mean your name’s Richard… You are literally a d*ck.”
By the end of their “chat” Morgan had managed to land a few more punches too. Punches that were more than just petty name calling.
“You’ve got no respect for English women, you have zero respect for English women, you’re a repulsive individual,” he said. “I think you are right to seek your future in Russia because your chances of getting sex in this country is zero.”
La Ruina first caught the public eye after giving a controversial interview to News Dog TV on YouTube in which he slammed British women today.
“If you’re looking for a woman who is beautiful, intelligent and has good manners, then go for an Eastern European girl,” he said. “Obviously my mum is English and not like this – but in general, I think British women are entitled, overweight and less feminine.
“They want a guy who is successful, good-looking and chivalrous even though they don’t have much to offer in return. And they want the man to be a gentleman even though they refuse to fulfil the traditional role of the woman in the household and take care of their looks. English women just think they deserve to be with a man like that.”
Morgan still has some way to go before he gets that knighthood but this is a good start.
