Finally! Margot Robbie gets her own Suicide Squad trailer

Forget about The Joker, Harley Quinn's the star of the show.

Suicide Squad is only a couple of weeks away, but everybody’s already talking about one particular aspect of the DC Comics movie.

Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn, squeeze to Jared Leto’s Joker, looks like the film’s main event and thanks to that striking clown make up and a demented worldview no doubt shaped by the Clown Prince of Crime.

Now the character has her very own trailer that’s 60 seconds of bliss for fans of the Wolf of Wall star.

“I’m bored, play with me,” Harley says in between scenes of wanton carnage and riding shotgun around Gotham in Joker’s supercar.

Suicide Squad centres on a group of villains assembled by a government agency to undertake a perilous mission. Their reward? Clemency for past crimes and the possibility to start life anew if they succeed.

It all looks a lot more fun than the recent DC offering Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which bludgeoned audiences into a coma thanks to its endless running time and dour tone.

Ben Affleck’s Dark Knight will make an appearance in Suicide Squad, featuring in a cast that also includes Will Smith, Cara Delevingne and Jai Courtney.

Watch the new Robbie-centric trailer for the movie below, then mark August 5 in your diaries because that’s when the full thing will premiere in cinemas.
