A feeling of deja vu is about to sweep Manchester after news filtered through that top target Renato Sanches has chosen to move to Bayern Munich this summer for a whopping €38m from Benfica – even though Man United had been tracking him.

The move comes as a blow to fans of the club after number one target Mats Hummels also agreed a move to the Bavarians this summer, according to soon to be former club Borussia Dortmund.

Safe to say football fans are a little devastated about Sanches, while others have little sympathy for Man United fans this morning.
