Jeremy Clarkson and his old Top Gear pals Richard Hammond and James May are poised to return this Friday with The Grand Tour – and one thing you probably won’t be seeing them get up to is twerking.
Clarkson shaking his arse might not be an enticing thought, but we now know what it looks like thanks to his recent appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show.
“Assume position. Preferably not behind me would be great.”
Of course, Clarkson didn’t just bust a twerk out of nowhere. He was guided through it by none other than Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock, who gave it her best shot at teaching an old dog new tricks.
“Assume position. Preferably not behind me would be great,” Leigh-Anne quipped as Jezza prepared to rock his booty.
What followed was less of a successful twerk, more a gentle crouch down and side-to-side rock. At least he went the extra mile by doing a “make it rain” hand-flicking-money-off-the-palm-of-your-hand manoeuvre.
It wasn’t a pretty sight, but at least he wasn’t quite as bad as Ross and his jerky gyrations.
