Jonah Hill Has Got Ridiculously Ripped – Here’s How He Did It

Jonah Hill has been showcasing his new leaning and ridiculous ripped physique on Instagram and it really is something to behold.

The Superbad actor made his name as the weighty comic relief in a glut of comedies over the last few years.

However, Hill has been busy getting trim over the last few months, followings some sage advice from his 21 Jump Street co-star and friend Channing Tatum.

Speaking on The Tonight Show, Hill recalled asking Tatum if he “ate less and go to a trainer, will I get in better shape?”

Tatum’s response was simple: “Yes, you dumb motherfucker, of course you will. It’s the simplest thing in the entire world.”

The results are now there for all to see on Hill’s new Instagram account, which shows he’s not only got lean, he’s also got ripped too.

So how did Hill do it?

He started by cutting back on his biggest vice: beer. He also introduced something new into his diet: sushi.

On top of that, Hill visited a nutritionist to set out a clear meal plan. It included more fruit, vegetables, lean protein, whole grains and low fat dairy products.

The Superbad got into exercise in a big way too, taking up running and combining it with 100 push ups. Every day.

Throw in a bit of weight work in the gym and it’s pretty clear to see how he did it and that pretty much anyone can follow his example. Speaking to a nutritionist might set you back a little bit but it’s totally worth it.

Hill is currently working on his directorial debut, a semi-autobiographical effort about a teenage boy who grows up in LA during the 1990s.
