Disappointed Grand Tour Viewers Hit Out At ‘Fake’ and ‘Unfunny’ Episode

Is the show already on the decline?

The Grand Tour looked to have killed off Top Gear for good after the brilliant first episode arrived on Amazon Prime last week, but has the show’s bubble burst already?

The first episode in the series picked up rave reviews, but the second instalment of Jeremy Clarkson’s new show was badly received by fans after debuting at midnight last night (November 24).

Clarkson, May and Hammond headed out to Jordan to take part in a special forces training mission, called Operation Desert Stumble in the episode.

The trio went on the run from fake terrorists, and while there were plenty of explosions and big set-pieces, the whole thing felt a little…underwhelming.

Fans called out the show for being ‘fake’ and ‘unfunny’, and asked why the presenters didn’t just stick to cars.

Disappointed Grand Tour fans took to Twitter to vent their frustrations.

The pressure is on ahead of episode three.
