Emily Ratajkowski is getting political.
The Instagram star broke from her usual social media routine of selfies an inspirational messages to address the incoming US president Donald Trump – and she’s really not happy about it.
Emily’s emotions may have gotten the better of her judging by her recent Twitter activity.
She tweeted out the following message, before swiftly deleting it for reasons unknown.
“I can’t sleep,” she wrote. “What is this nightmare we have to face? How could we allow this to happen? What does America represent anymore?”
Though the message his now vanished from her Twitter feed, Emily’s feelings are quite clear.
Linking out to a Slate article she voiced her frustration with the Democratic National Convention and the media, blaming them both for the Trump election victory.
Over on Instagram, she posted a black image to show her mourning for the future of America.
Emily, of course, was born in London so British citizenship isn’t out of the question. However, with Brexit on the horizon things aren’t looking much better over here, either.
