Elle Macpherson made one of the most memorable Friends cameos back in the late 90s, but the supermodel has now revealed that she regrets appearing on the show.

The supermodel, known as “The Body”, appeared as Joey Tribbiani’s roommate turned love-interest Janine LeCroix in five episodes of the sitcom’s sixth season in 1999.

Speaking to Australia’s TV Week, Elle said she had no idea how successful the show was in the US, and has regrets about taking the job.

“If I’d known how important it was in the US, or how long it would be on TV, I may not have chosen to do it,” the 52-year-old said.

“It was a lot of pressure if you look at it in the way that it will be around for 20 or 30 years.”

It wasn’t all bad though… Elle revealed that she enjoyed working with Matt LeBlanc, saying he was a “great working partner”, as well as a “good kisser”.

As well as being one of the biggest supermodels in the business, Macpherson also enjoyed an acting career, appearing in Batman & Robin as Bruce Wayne’s girlfriend Julie Madison in 1997.
