Did Rihanna Photoshop That Barbados Carnival Photo?

Social media is divided over Rihanna’s latest attire and whether all is not as it seems.

Rihanna’s striking Barbados carnival outfit is fast becoming one of the most talked about fashion choices of the summer so far – but it’s not all positive.

The R’n’B singer went viral with her carnival look, which garnered plenty of appreciation from fans on social media.

However, a few eagle-eyed fans out there were quick to spot what may or may not be a bit of crafty photoshopping on the part of the Umbrella star.

It revolved around Rihanna’s right hand or, more specifically, her thumbnail and the fact she appears to have two thumbnails.

Some followers were quick to leap on the image and the apparent presence of two thumbnails as proof that the incredible image had undergone a little bit of polishing.

Rihanna wouldn’t be the first to be caught out in this respect either with everyone from Kelly Brook  to Kendal Jenner previously busted for the very same thing.

Not everyone was fully convinced though, with one theory suggesting that the so-called “second thumb nail” was actually an optical illusion brought about by Riri’s flamboyant attire.

So which side of the fence are you on: Is Rihanna, or one of her assistants, really photoshopping images or is this whole thing just the product of a few jealous fans and dudes with nothing better to do on the internet.

The discussion came just hours after fans rounded on Chris Brown, Rihanna’s abusive ex-partner after he left a flirty comment alongside the image.

Brown was previously placed on probation after he attacked the Umbrella star before the 2009 Grammy Awards. Rihanna eventually took a restraining order out against Brown after he was charged with assault over the incident, which left the singer hospitalised.
