It has been a long time since Christina Milian caught the attention of the world, with the one-time pop star seemingly focusing her efforts on projects in the US over the past few years.
However, that looks set to change after the 34-year-old left LL Cool J and the gang feeling a little hot under the collar during a recent episode of Lip Sync Battle.
The celebrity not-quite-karaoke show, which Stephen Merchant co-created, has proven to be a runaway hit with American viewers helped, in no small part, by the glut of A-list American stars getting involved.
This edition was no different with Milian joined by Josh Peck for another memorable half hour of costume-led miming.
It was the Dip It Lo singer that provided the undoubted highlight of the night, though, after she went full Jennifer Lopez for a rendition of one of her breakthrough hits “Waiting for Tonight.”
Steamy, seductive and with a bit of stripping thrown in for good measure, either LL Cool J had just suffered a groin strain in the immediate aftermath of the performance or something else entirely untoward going on in his nether regions.
Whatever the case, it made for great viewing and was a far cry from the utter tosh UK viewers have been subjected to in our edition of the show.
Replacing Chrissy Teigen and LL Cool J with Mel B and Professor Green? Someone needs to have a word with the big cheeses at Spike TV.
