Carrie Fisher has shocked Star Wars fans everywhere, after admitting that she was romantically involved with one of her co-stars.
The Princess Leia actress has revealed that she enjoyed a three-month fling with Han Solo star Harrison Ford on the set of the first Star Wars movie in 1977.
“It was so intense. It was Han and Leia during the week, and Carrie and Harrison during the weekend,” she wrote in her autobiography The Princess Diarist.
As People reports, Fisher was 19 at the time, while Ford was 33 and married with two children.
“I looked over at Harrison. A hero’s face — a few strands of hair fell over his noble, slightly furrowed brow,” she added.
“How could you ask such a shining specimen of a man to be satisfied with the likes of me?”
She continued: “I was so inexperienced, but I trusted something about him. He was kind.”
Princess Leia’s romance with Han Solo is the most famous love story in the Star Wars series, and it turns out their romance took place off screen, too. Who knew?
Meanwhile, Fisher recently made headlines after hitting out at Donald Trump in spectacular style, and even accused him of taking cocaine.
