Everything from Ant Man to Bird Man and even Boyhood features. The stand out sight for Loaded has to be Christian Bale in all his blocky glory for a special American Hustle poster.
Tom Hanks, Robert Downey Jr and Bradley Cooper are among the other A-listers to feature in these finely rendered efforts, while there’s even a 12 Years A Slave effort that has to be seen to be believed.
Though unofficial, the new designs represent the latest chapter in the Scandinavians’ ongoing plan for Lego-based world domination.
Fans have already been treated to the trailer for the Lego Batman Movie, starring Will Arnett as the voice of Bruce Wayne.
Due for release in early 2017, the adaptation already looks on course to outstrip Zack Snyder’s critically reviled Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice.
There’s also the small matter of the soon-to-be-released Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens game, which Loaded were treated to a sneak peek at last month.
Boasting all the familiar setting from JJ Abram’s recent movie effort, it’s shaping up to be a busy few months and years for everyone’s favourite building-based toy.
Whether it’ll manage to top the new 12 Years A Slave poster from this genius remains to be seen. But if the anonymous mastermind behind these posters suddenly turns his hand to directing, we’re in.
