Emma Watson’s Beauty And The Beast arrives in cinemas today, and it already looks set to be one of the biggest movies of the year.
You’ve probably seen the trailer already – it notched up a record 91.8m views in its first 24 hours after all – but a new version of the clip has been revealed, which puts the film in a totally whole new light…
Weirdly, a company has launched a new advert using the stars of the new Disney movie to promote their new product – that product being erectile dysfunction treatment.
Clips from the trailer featuring Harry Potter star Watson and Dan Stevens in full beast mode have been recut for the ad, which is all kinds of confusing.
The Ellen Show picked up on the ad, which shamelessly jumps on the Beauty and the Beast bandwagon, and uploaded the clip to YouTube. Watch it below:
It’s not exactly clear, but the company behind the ad – who produce the Cilias Tadalafil treatment – seem to be holding up the beast as a symbol of stamina in the bedroom, using the slogan “unleash your inner beast”.
“You make a great team, it’s been that way since the day you met – but your erectile dysfunction – it could be a question of blood flow,” the voiceover says in the clip.
“Cilias tadalafil for daily use could help you be ready for any time when the moment is right,” it adds, before warning that users should “seek immediate medical help” if their resulting erection lasts longer than four hours.
Now, we’re not saying it’s the worst ad of the year, but it’ll take some pretty stiff competition to beat it…
