Boasting state-of-the-art graphics for its time, the Sega Mega Drive was one of the most popular consoles of the 90s, rivalling the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

Alas, Sega would eventually stop making consoles following the failure of follow-up systems like the Saturn and Dreamcast.

Now fully focused on its existing library of titles and a raft of new games, Sega has already released several classic Mega Drive games on mobile.

This is a whole other level of exciting though.
