Ejay pure bring the 90’s back!
You remember the 90s right? Acid house, Blur and Oasis, Britpop and even The Spice Girls. Well, this week another 90s music institution is on the way back.
eJay, the pick-up-and-play music software has launched a Kickstarter campaign to bring it back to tablet devices. With the aim of making it easier than ever before to make your own musical masterpieces through a drag-and-drop interface for riffs, samples and all of that.
And good news for those Loaded readers fond of a bit of Britpop… Because for the first time, the new eJay will feature Indie and rock samples, alongside the techno and Hip Hop mainstays.
“eJay singlehandedly created a music creation phenomenon,” says Helmut Schmitz, the amusingly named original eJay Creator said.
At Loaded towers we’ve always fancied ourselves as music maestros in the making. And with some great offers on the Kickstarter page, it’s a good time to give this one your backing. Rewards include downloadable copies of eJay PC titles, and even the opportunity to record your own song for inclusion within the final version. In addition, everyone who pledges – at whatever level – will be able to download 1,000 brand new samples exclusive only to Kickstarter supporters.
It’s being launched by Wired Productions, you can follow their progress on Twitter at @WiredP. And, if you want to support the Kickstarter campaign http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/wiredproductions/ejay-pure
