Actors are required to transform emotionally for every role they encounter, but huge physical transformations are now becoming more and more frequent in Hollywood.

With the current trend of a superhero movie every freaking year, the pressure on action stars to bulk up is increasing.

Chris Hemsworth regularly posts videos of himself getting swole on Instagram and Chris Pratt made headlines with his unreal transformation from Pudgy Andy Dwyer to the ripped Star-Lord.
